We welcome your visit to Spa Lumina whether it is for a laser treatment, medical injectable, facial, massage, or other medi spa treatment. Our Barrie, Ontario, clients are our highest priority, so please review our policies and FAQs to prepare for your visit.

Spa Reservations
Please book in advance so we may accommodate bookings at your convenience.
Preparing for Your Visit
For the relaxation of yourself and others, please be sure cell phones and/or pagers are switched off. We will provide all necessary robes and housecoats for treatments. We encourage you to wear open-toed sandals if you are having polish applied.
Cancellation Policy
For the consideration of others and your Esthetician, we ask that you provide at least 24-hours notice if canceling your appointment.
Arrival Time
If you are new to Spa Lumina, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You are welcome to come early to unwind and relax before your treatment. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may cause us to re-book your appointment.
Payment Options
Spa Lumina accepts Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Interac and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include HST. Gratuities are not included, but if you feel you want to compliment your Service Provider, feel free to leave it with the receptionist.
Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available in services or in dollar value.
All gift certificate sales are final and non refundable. Gift certificates are not replaceable if lost or stolen and should be treated as cash. Gift certificates can not be redeemed for cash except in accordance with applicable law. Gift certificates are subject to the expiration date, if any, set forth on the face of the certificate, except where prohibited by applicable law.
